**Your Challenge and what you will do:
**We are looking for a product lead to drive the vision for the end-to-end Fluence product experience which would empower developers to build p2p apps and protocols. We envision creating developer experience products such as a web console similar to traditional cloud, network explorers, open API marketplaces, node management, as well as use-case driven products. You will join the team of highly passionate individuals that work closely with the open source community to enable internet innovation via p2p technology.
• Lead the vision, strategy, development, and launch of new products for Fluence developer community
• Develop a deep understanding of user needs, and translate these needs into actionable product requirements for engineering teams
• Understand the different user personas and identify what we can build to empower them to be more productive
• Drive product development with research, engineering, design teams
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the rapidly evolving competitive landscape and broader industry
• Integrate market analysis, research and usability studies into product requirements

**We expect and nice to have
** • 5+ years product management experience
• Experience defining vision and strategy for a technical product
• Experience going through full product cycle, integrating user feedback into product requirements and driving prioritization
• Experience of creating successful technical products for the global market, preferably in cloud computing, SaaS, open source
• Being crypto-native and up-to-date with latest developments in the space
• Strong software development background
• Being self-starter focused on outcomes
