🔹__Primary professional tasks:
__
Office Operations Management: Organizing and maintaining the efficient functioning of the office, including managing office space, equipment, supplies, and infrastructure. This involves controlling the office budget, ordering office equipment and materials, managing office communication, etc.
Personnel Management: Handling documentation related to employment, organizing onboarding for new employees, and facilitating the adaptation process.
Administrative Support: Processing documentation, maintaining contact with immigration agents and legal firms involved in personnel matters, such as employee hiring and termination, drafting employment contracts, preparing various HR-related documents, organizing business trips, providing visa support, etc.
🔹__Requirements:
__- Office Manager experience;
- Russian B2+ ));

Advanced English is a must, Greek language would be a great advantage;
- Highly organised - multitasker;
- Proactivity, attention to detail.
