Looking for an experienced Rust developer for a period project, full- time 20-40 h/week. The project is in the preparation/ real estate domain.

**Responsibilities:

**- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Rust.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues, identifying and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Optimize application performance and scalability through profiling, tuning, and code refactoring.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Rust and related technologies to suggest improvements and implement new features.
- Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and address any technical challenges.

**Requirements:

**- Proficiency in Rust programming language with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Rust development.
- Solid understanding of core Rust concepts, ownership, asynchronous programming, and memory safety.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures, including lists, trees, hash tables, and graphs.
- Experience in developing multi-threaded and asynchronous applications using frameworks and libraries such as tokio or async-std.
- Familiarity with system interfaces and integrating low-level APIs, including using FFI for interoperability with other programming languages.
- Working experience in outsourcing companies, collaborating with remote teams and clients.
- Fluent in English with a minimum B1+ level of proficiency, enabling effective communication with team members and clients.
- Familiarity with Rust ecosystem tools such as Cargo, profilers, debuggers, and testing frameworks.
- Experience with popular Rust frameworks and libraries like actix-web or diesel is a plus.

**Nice to Have:

**- Experience with GraphQL.
- Knowledge of serverless architectures and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
- Understanding of testing frameworks and methodologies
