__**📝 Job description:
**- Leading and managing a QA team, building a team, conducting interviews, including planning and allocating resources, setting goals and evaluating performance.

- Preparation of plans for a trial period, onboarding and control of implementation.

- The development and implementation of a strategy includes the selection of suitable methodologies, processes and tools.

- Evaluation of quality, norms and procedures, as well as participation in the development and implementation of quality policies.

- Participation in project planning and management, including interaction with departments (development, product management, etc.) to realize business and quality requirements.

- Constant interaction with developers, tech. support, project managers and other stakeholders for various processes and product quality improvement.

- Coordination and participation in product testing, including functional, regression, load and security testing.

- Responsibility for the quality of the product.

- Analysis of test results, creation of results and results for receiving and development team.

- Continuous improvement of processes includes quality control, the use of new tools and methodologies to improve the efficiency and quality of testing.

- Create and integrate a performance review standards for QA specialists



**👨‍💻Obligatory:
**- Experience in the role of QA from 5 years, of which at least 2 as Lead QA, including experience in managing a QA team.

- Experience in test development for REST APIs.

- Experience with version control systems (git).

- Test design (test cases, test data, test plans).

- Experience in the field of testing, including experience in managing a QA team.

- Knowledge and understanding of the principles of operation of web services, mobile applications and applications of cross-team features.

- Deep understanding of testing methodologies and processes, including functional, regression, load and secure testing.

- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium/ Appium/ JUnit/ TestNG or others.

- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA/ TestRail or similar.

- Good knowledge of Java, the QA team leader should be able to understand and analyze code, develop and maintain automated tests, and interact with developers on quality issues.

- Strong management skills, including the ability to motivate and make decisions, prioritize and make decisions.

- Proficiency in English (at least Intermediate level).


**💼 Preferably:
**- Understanding of networks, knowledge of network protocols.

- An understanding of databases and the SQL language is essential for performing database interaction testing and running queries for data analysis.

- Experience in developing tests for gRPC API.

- Experience in developing tests for WebSocket.

- Security testing experience.

- Experience with product metrics for quality tracking.

- Knowledge of one or more programming and scripting languages such as JavaScript, PHP, Python, Go, C#.

- Understanding the concept of hypertext markup language and cascading style sheets such as HTML, CSS

- Understanding of containerization concepts (Docker, Kubernetes), GitLab CI/CD tools.

- Experience with version control systems, DevOps practices.
