Your main objective will be:
- Web/mobile traffic acquisition which meets spending and ROAS goals.

Responsibilities:
- Full cycle of traffic acquisition: launch, analyze, optimize, grow;
- Testing creatives and checking the results for statistical significance;
- Ordering creatives from the creative team;
- Working with data engineers and web developers to set up tracking and analytics;
- Analysis of the effectiveness of purchased traffic on a number of key metrics;
- Monthly procurement budget planning, forecasting an effective procurement model and reporting on the past month.

You will need the following skills to work:
- Experience in a similar position from 3 years;
- Experience in related fields (context, arbitration, internet marketing) is a plus;
- Experience with a/b testing, knowledge and understanding of math statistics in relation to a/b tests;
- Technical or economic education (a degree in marketing will be an additional plus);
- Ability to process and analyze large amounts of data;
Creative mindset;
- Written English upper-intermediate+ with the desire to grow to fluent in 6 months;
- Love for strategy games will be a huge plus 🎮
