We’ve grown from a small start-up with a few enthusiasts to a robust service with over 90 millions of users and more than 300 million interior design projects created.

At Planner 5D we are building a team of analysts and data scientist to cover our constantly growing needs. We are looking for people who can understand the needs of the business and products, translate them to measurable data and create and support reporting infrastructure. You will be at the core of decisions having an extreme impact on growth of the product.

Our tool stack: Google Data Studio, Metabase, Tableau, BigQuery, MariaDB, Firebase, Google Analytics 4, Growth Book, Apache airflow, DBT, Python 3.x, Google Colab/jupyter notebooks

You will:
- Evaluate the company products and compare them against industry trends.
- Develop an understanding of company products to meet the company's current and future needs.
- Develop, support and improve existing BI infrastructure.
- Own and improve company's data mapping (events, parameters, etc).
- Analyze complex data sets using advanced analytics tools and techniques, identifying trends and patterns that can inform business decisions, and metrics to continually improve company products.
- Analyze A/B tests and user’s journey.
- Contribute to company operations, such as costing, inventory control, planning, and budgeting.
- Work with other company departments to improve the analysis and presentation of products.
- In other words, you will be on constant lookout what is going on with our products in terms of the data!

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or any related field.
- Previous product analysis experience of at least 5 years.
- Strong knowledge of analytical software for web and mobile products - Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Devtodev, etc
- Experience with popular BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio
- Proficient in database software, hands-on with Big Query, strong SQL knowledge.
- Strong communication skills: translate data into insightful information.
- Analytical skills: strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights in large datasets.
- Strategic thinking: ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions that align with the organization's goals.
- Excellent time management skills: strong leadership and managerial skills, including the ability to hire, mentor, and manage a team of analysts.
- The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change - we grow fast!
