Our client is looking for SQL database dev:

• Designing and implementing databases with Microsoft SQL server
• Driving the design and development of the cloud infrastructure for MS-SQL databases with a focus on Microsoft Azure
• Operation and expansion of the MS-SQL platforms and continuously develop them further
• Automation of standard tasks and creation of self-service functionalities for the users of our platforms, using modern tools for automation, performance monitoring and log evaluation
• Applying CI/CD functionalities to the database update cycle using common frameworks like Liquibase and Azure DevOps pipelines

Skills:
• Very good knowledge in SQL and working with relational databases (esp. Microsoft SQL Server) as well as in data modeling
• Ideally knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure) and ETL tools therein like Azure Data Factory
• Thorough understanding of database update frameworks, e.g. Liquibase
• Confident handling of reporting tools (esp. Power BI) is desirable
• Working experience: 5 – 10+ years
