**Key Responsibilities:
**-Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Affiliate Marketing and Media Buying industries.
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Affiliate Managers and Media Buyers, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and job offers.
-Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor practices, and adjust recruitment strategies as necessary.
-Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to develop job descriptions, identify key skills and requirements, and establish candidate evaluation criteria.
-Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other industry organizations to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates.
-Develop and manage candidate communication and engagement strategies to ensure a positive candidate experience.
-Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, and use this information to continuously improve recruitment processes.
-Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
**Qualifications:
**-At least 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition in the Affiliate Marketing and Media Buying industries.
-English - B2 (upper-intermediate), fluent Russian.
-Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and attracting top talent.
-Strong knowledge of the Affiliate Marketing and Media Buying industries, including key players, trends, and best practices.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform recruitment decisions and continuously improve processes.
-Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
