• Leading experience 4+ years
• Team lead skills
• 3+ years in game producer experience
• At least 2 launched games
• Understanding the teams workflow and main technical difficulties
• Great understanding and management skills
• Having non gaming related experience in team leading experience
• Marketing related experience
• Game engine related experience (UE/Unity)
