My name is Denis and I am looking for the job in role of IT Team Dead / Development Lead in the product-oriented company. Having significant experience in a wide technology stack also have a lot of experience of management Development team(s) up to 20-25 people in total.

Key responsibilities:
• Sprint/product backlog management with or without stakeholders;
• Team evaluation and performance management;
• Product architecture and key features technical design;
• Hiring decisions of new team members.
• Designing the units of product (if required) with other team members. Main stack: .NET);
• Pull-request management to comply the Code Style;
• Management overall quality of the product with Test Lead to achieve the shortest Lead-time and reduce the number of incidents (bugs).
