📍Skill set:
-Strong leadership and communication skills;
-Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies;
-Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools;
-Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices;
-Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
-English: C1.

📍Scope of work:
-Develop and oversee the implementation of the social media strategy;
-Coordinate with other marketing teams (PR, content, creative, etc.);
-Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics;
-Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across platforms;
-Manage the social media budget and allocate resources effectively.

📍KPIs:
-Increase in followers/engagement across platforms;
-Improved social media sentiment and brand reputation;
-Growth in website traffic and conversions from social media;
-Achievement of campaign-specific objectives and ROI.
