Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
-Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
-Prepare and submit accurate tax documents and ensure compliance with tax laws.
-Monitor and analyze financial performance and report on financial metrics.
-Develop and maintain financial databases and record-keeping systems.
-Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
-Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications:
-At least 0.5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
-CPA or CMA certification preferred.
-Proficient in Excel and Gspreadshits.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
-Attention to detail and accuracy.
-Knowledge of tax regulations and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Affiliate Marketing and Media Buying industries.
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Affiliate Managers and Media Buyers, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offers.
-Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor practices, and adjust recruitment strategies as necessary.
-Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to develop job descriptions, identify key skills and requirements, and establish candidate evaluation criteria.
-Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other industry organizations to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates.

Qualifications:

-At least 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition in the Affiliate Marketing and Media Buying industries.
- English - B2 (upperintermediate).
-Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and attracting top talent.
-Strong knowledge of the Affiliate Marketing and Media Buying industries, including key players, trends, and best practices.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform recruitment decisions and continuously improve processes.
-Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
