IT Cloud and Security Administrator

Responsibilities include:
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Manage and administer Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Endpoint Management
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Implement and maintain Microsoft M365 security best practices
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Design and deploy AWS cloud infrastructure, including Load Balancers, EC2 servers, ECS, ECR, CloudFront, and RDS
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Manage MySQL databases and provide optimization and maintenance services
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Manage access controls, user accounts, and permissions
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Implement security and compliance best practices, including regular system updates and backups
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows servers and laptops
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Provide website design and management services using WordPress
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Manage DNS services using GoDaddy
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Implement CI/CD workflows using Github and Github actions
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Provide hardware troubleshooting and repair services
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Perform regular risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Monitor and analyze network traffic to detect security breaches and take appropriate actions
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations to prevent similar incidents from occurring
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Maintain and update security systems and tools, such as firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and standards.

Requirements:
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Strong understanding of cloud architecture, design principles and security
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Experience with AWS services, such as EC2, S3, and RDS
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Experience with data security tools and technologies
∙​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Experience with Microsoft 365 services, AWS or Microsoft 365 certification is a plus.
