We are looking for a Full-stack Team Lead (Python\ JavaScript) to participate in 2 large long-term app development projects.

This position is from a large international audit and consulting company with more than 40,000 employees worldwide and a presence in 90 countries.

✅Conditions:

Schedule 5/2 full-time.
Remote work format.
The work is partly in English, partly in Russian.
Salary 2500$ - 4000$ net.
Official employment in a partner company.


✅General requirements:

Experience as a full-stack team leader or desire to develop in this role.
Knowledge of English at the level of Upper-Intermediate and above.


✅Requirements for technical expertise:

Experience developing with Python and Vue.js (or other frontend JavaScript framework).
Experience with FastAPI, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
Deep knowledge of scalable architecture design and experience in implementing complex architectural solutions.
Experience with development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Kanban.
Knowledge of security standards and methodologies such as SAMM, SSDLC, ISO27001/SOC2.
Understanding the principles and methods of application testing.


✅Communication and leadership skills:

Experience in conflict management within a team.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders.
Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve project goals.
Experience in formulating and managing project budgets.
