Freedom Finance Europe Ltd is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager. We offer financial services and our team is filled with highly qualified professionals working in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:
**▪️Assist in planning and executing projects related to the expansion and maintenance of Company’s counterparties network
▪️Create and maintain project schedules and other project documentation
▪️Communicate project updates and progress to the Head of the Department
▪️Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely completion of projects
▪️Help to develop and implement project management processes and tools to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness
▪️Monitor and track project performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
▪️Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements
▪️Other duties as assigned by the Head of the Department

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
**▪️Good knowledge of Financial Services industry
▪️Good knowledge of Onboarding procedures
▪️Good knowledge of KYC DD procedures and requirements
▪️Excellent communication skills
▪️Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously
▪️Ability to work independently and as part of a team
▪️Ability to engage and work efficiently with cross-functional teams both internally and externally
▪️Prior experience in project coordination or management in regulated entities will be considered as an advantage
▪️A bilingual proficiency in English and Russian. Greek will be considered as an advantage
