We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our team of advertising professionals and drive a successful project. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, capable of building and motivating high-performance teams. 👩🏼‍💻 Responsibilities:

- Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of PPC/AM professionals, ensuring effective task allocation and efficient work processes.
- Develop and implement project management processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage project risks and issues by identifying and resolving potential obstacles before they affect project timelines.
- Hold regular individual and team meetings to plan and review sprints, assess KPIs, and set OKRs.
- Supervise the onboarding of new team members, collect and provide feedback, and make probationary decisions.
- Maintain project reporting, including KPI tracking and bonus calculations.
- Facilitate effective communication and cooperation between team members, and help prevent and resolve conflicts.

💪 Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in project and team management.
- Experience in PPC advertising and contextual advertising.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Asana.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
