🤩An actively developing project in the banking sector in search of a risk manager to implement ambitious tasks together with a team of professionals.


💻Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a risk management framework that's tailored to our business needs and goals;
- Develop and implement anti-fraud solutions for card payments and SEPA and SWIFT settlements;
- Develop and maintain risk-assessment models and methodologies that allow us to identify, assess, and mitigate risks effectively;
- Develop risk-based products that meet the needs of our clients while balancing risk and reward;
- Conduct risk assessments and provide regular reports to senior management and the board of directors;
- Work closely with our product, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure that risk management considerations are integrated into our product development and operations;
- Ensure that we comply with relevant regulatory requirements, such as PSD2, AML, and GDPR, and maintain strong relationships with regulators, auditors, and other external stakeholders;
- Develop and manage our insurance policies and claims processes (Visa/MC requirements);
- Develop and deliver training programs on risk management and compliance for our employees.

🔴Requirements:

- Master's degree in risk management, finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field, preferably in the payments industry;
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices for risk management;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

💻Чем придется заниматься:

- Автоматизация и написание инструментов\скриптов для решения поставленных задач в крупной распределенной среде;
- Составление, ведение технической документации и инструкций.

☝️Требующиеся навыки:

- Знания и опыт работы с инфраструктурой Microsoft (Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DFS итд..) в распределенных сетях;
- Знание принципов мониторинга серверов и процессов, анализа метрик и логов;
- Умение грамотно применять средства администрирования OS Windows (UI и powershell);
- Уверенные знания PowerShell и опыт написания скриптов;
- Понимание сетевого стэка на базовом уровне;
- Умение работать с GIT на базовом уровне;
- Знание английского языка на уровне чтения документации.

👍Приветствуется:

- Понимание принципов функционального и объектно ореентированного программирования;
- Опыт написания базовых SQL и LDAP запросов;
- Понимание принципов или опыт работы с CI/CD WEB стэк на базовом уровне - asp.net, js, html, css.
