**We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor
Location: **Cyprus, Paphos
Projects: Residential buildings, Private Villas, Offices Construction and Fit-Out

▪️**Key responsibilities:
**- Prepare budgets/ cost plans of the projects;
- Prepare estimates (initial rough-cut costing) on preliminary drawings;
- Measure quantities and prepares bills of Quantities;
- Prepare costing of customer requested extras;
- Assess project cost performance against the Cost Plan and investigates major discrepancies;
- Preparation of contractual documentation for the conclusion of contracts with contractors / subcontractors;
- Summarize design features and construction methods that tend to increase costs and prepare reports for the QS manager;
- Issue final accounts.

▪️**Key requirements
**- Fluency in English, Greek is an advantage;
- Excellent Computer Skills and good knowledge of MS Office;
- Сitizenship of one of the EU countries or a work permit in Cyprus;
- 3 years experience in similar role.
