Customer Support Assistant (Remote)
We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team and provide outstanding customer service, technical support, and troubleshooting to our SaaS websites users. Our websites focus on file conversion (https://convertio.co) and video editing (https://clideo.com) services having more than 10 million active monthly users. The candidate should have a deep understanding of SaaS products' customer needs, ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns and be able to work independently to resolve customer issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via a ticketing system/email
- Help customers understand our products, their features, and capabilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by clients
- Provide respect, patience, and empathy during a conversation
- Analyze repetitive issues for early detection of possible bugs in a production environment
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members
- Collaborate with development and product teams to identify and resolve issues
- Document and track customer inquiries in an aggregated form
- Maintain knowledge base articles
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Software Support Engineer or similar role
- Strong and fluent English writing and communication skills
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills / analytical thinking
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowing additional foreign languages is a bonus.
