Role: Junior Talent Manager
Location: Limassol
Format: Full-time, office

Reporting to: Head of People
Scope: Global
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Manage recruitment cycle;
Major markets: Europe (Cyprus), Asia
Typical roles: Business Development, Sales, Customer Support
- Leverage technologies (i.e. BambooHR ATS) and bring new solutions (i.e. assessments)
- Manage Employer Branding activities, create content and oversee online presence together with SMM
- Deliver bespoke candidate and onboarding experience, measure and infuse improvements
2. Talent Development:
- Deliver development approaches
- Administrate LMS and logistics of offline and online learning experiences
- Monitor and implement new solutions
- Manage the community of internal trainers;
- Create and deliver trainings
3. Culture and Employee Engagement for Cyprus team:
- Own calendar of cultural activities for our Cyprus team of 65 people (including parties, wellbeing events, external speakers, employee special days etc)
- Manage internal communication on team level (email, slack, team meetings, etc)
Desired profile:
- 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Development or Employee Engagement in international team
- Fluent English
- Digital literacy and interest in new solutions and best practices
- Clear and structured communication, time management and mind
- Analytical approach and ability to make the numbers tell a story
- The sense of style, ability to distinguish good and bad design
- Solutions-oriented mindset
- Continuous improvement
- Aiming for excellence
