As for now, PickTheBank is an informational resource collecting information about the European fixed-term deposit market.
Our database contains information about deposit rates from more than 1000 banks in 24 EEA countries (more than 11000 products).
As soon as we know it's the biggest database of such kind in Europe.

We're developing a fintech solution that will enable our customers to open deposits and other banking products in partner banks all across Europe.

**Position Overview:
**We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full-Stack ReactJS and NodeJS Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing modern web applications using cutting-edge technologies. You will be working on a wide range of projects, from building scalable and high-performance web applications to creating responsive and interactive user interfaces.

**Responsibilities:
**Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and reusable full-stack applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and other modern web technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features, as well as optimize existing ones.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability, ensuring that they function seamlessly across different devices and platforms.
Troubleshoot, debug and resolve software defects in a timely manner.
Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and performance of our software solutions.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements and user needs.
Assist in the planning, estimation, and prioritization of development tasks.

**Requirements:
**Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of proven experience in full-stack software development, with a strong focus on ReactJS and NodeJS.
Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and a solid understanding of modern web development principles and best practices.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
Experience with popular React workflows such as Redux or MobX, and NodeJS frameworks like Remix, Expres or Koa.
Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration, as well as experience with GraphQL.
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques, such as code splitting, lazy loading, and caching.
Experience with version control systems like Git, and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement.

**Nice-to-have:
**Familiarity with database technologies, such as SQL (Postgres), NoSQL (Mongo), and ORM tools (Prisma)).
Knowledge of web application security principles and best practices.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Previous experience with GDPR and PSD2 standards.
