Requirements:
• Work experience in the position of HR-HRBP-HRPP for 2 years;
• Experience of working with the HR ATS program at the administrator level;
• Experience in building organizational development processes;
• Experience in implementing modern HR practices;
• Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills;
• Business orientation;
• Proactivity, benevolence, creativity;
• The level of the English language is upper intermediate;

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Implementation of Welcome book (mission, values, and corporate culture);
• Participation in the creation and implementation of HR processes: company work standards, procedures, policies, documentation, motivation, salary review, individual meetings, days off, vacations, and dismissal;
• Collection of information, processing and analysis of recruiting and HR data in accordance with the request of HRD;
• Adaptation of new employees, conducting presentations to the general public;
• Support and support at the stage of the trial period of new; employees, and providing feedback on work results;
• Building effective communication between the HR department and other departments in the company;
• Participation in building the internal HR brand, developing corporate culture, and increasing employee loyalty to the company;
