An AI-solutions company developing software for 360° customer engagement automation is looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager who is ready to crush the Conversational AI world with us.

**What you will do:
**- Create and implement marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals;
- Supervise all marketing activities such as content creation, design, SEO/SEM, social media, email;
- Negotiate contracts for services to implement marketing strategy;
- Track and analyse the performance of all marketing channels and recommend optimisation strategies to maximise return on investment (ROI);
- Identify trends and insights to make data-driven decisions, optimise marketing spend and performance;
- Lead market research efforts to stay current with industry trends;
- Establish strategic partnerships to broaden the company's reach.

**What we expect from you:
**- 2+ years of proven track record in Marketing Management position in an IT company;
- 2+ years of experience with B2B2C marketing;
- Credible experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, SMM etc.);
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English (Greek and other European languages would be an advantage);
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods;
- Detail-oriented approach;
- Ability to multitask, active and positive attitude;
- Collaborative team player ready to learn, grow and embrace the digital culture.
