Currently we are looking for a talented People Partner for the Cyprus office to join our team.

We have a great team, ambitious tasks and a driving atmosphere and we are waiting for a person who loves HR with all heart, who is ready to build friendly and productive relationships with business and employees, believes in a product approach, can find non-standard solutions and wholeheartedly wants to develop in our cool ecosystem!

Job responsibilities:

- HR support for employees
- Newcomers onboarding and adaptation
- Relocation support for people who are ready for moving
- Active communication with immigration and payroll providers (task setting, data update, etc.)
- Communication with employees, 1-1 meetings, resolving incoming issues
- Preparation of internal instructions, informational pages for employees (internal communication)
- HR projects participation (Health Insurance project, Office documents workflow)
- Participation in employees review process
- Participation and organization of other HR activities
- Internal reporting

Requirements:

- Experience as HR manager or People Partner role from 2 years
- Relocation, onboarding and employee adaptation experience
- Confident written and spoken English skills, native Russian
- Strong problem-solving experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Friendliness, openness and positive attitude 🙂 You have to be the person people want to go to for help and questions
