Immigram is hiring Head of Engeneering**.
**You will be lead the team that work on our global mobility platform to help people worldwide have a better immigration experience and move to a country of their choice.

Work format: fully remote
Employment: fulltime
Salary range: from £6k, depending on the candidate's experience

What you will do:

- Develop the company’s strategy for using technological resources;
- Ensure technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely;
- Evaluate and implement new systems and infrastructure;
- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals;
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency;
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes;
Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance;
- Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology;
- Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.

About you:

- At least 5 years of experience and Lead/Head role experience;
- Readiness to play the role of a "playing coach"
- Fluent with full stack web development;
- Strong teamwork and a forward-thinking mindset to help drive the success of our rapidly growing startup;
- Solid understanding across all latest technologies impacting software development;
- Experience with delivery of client facing products using Node js and Google Cloud Platform;
- Experience with Agile development processes, particularly SCRUM methodology.
