We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professionals in Business Development team to engage enterprise accounts using creative outreach activities on different channels on European market.
Responsibilities:
● Prospect for new business (companies and key stakeholders) using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc;
● Engage leads using outbound activities including, but not limited to, emails and cold calling;
● Qualify leads based on the BANT criteria and managing a successful handover to sales team;
● Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and annual Sales Accepted Leads (SAL) and qualified Opportunities targets consistently;
● Create engaging and personalized content/ emails that helps convert and increase ROI for each touchpoint by partnering with the content, practices and marketing teams;
● Taking ownership of the assigned target market segment / territory and become a go-to person for sales team on demand generation and outreach strategy;
● Monitor the campaigns of competitors in the markets;
● Build and maintain a solid relationship with prospective customers as well as create an outstanding customer experience;
● Document and share best practices and collaborate with the BDR team.
Qualifications:
● 2+ years of SDR/BDR/inside sales experience in technology sales / consulting services;
● Knowledge of Germanor English language;
● Experience of working with German/UK/US market;
● A resourceful, energetic analytical person and creative thinker;
● A positive attitude with resilient and persevere to succeed - a desire to accelerate your sales career and take advantage of internal promotion opportunities;
● Knowledge of sales tools including HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales navigator, Qualify or equivalent tools is desired;
● Strong written and verbal communication skills;
● Team player with strong individual and team contributor.
