Location: Cyprus, Nicosia
English Level: Upper-Intermediate
Employee experience: 2+ years
**Project Stack:
**Java, Angular, Python, R, Azure
**What will you do:
**- Elicit and analyze requirements from stakeholders.
- Communicate with stakeholders (product owners, Business Analysts from different countries and companies: US, Switzerland, India, Poland, Belarus).
- Participate in meetings, including business analysis meetings, and facilitate discussions with stakeholders.
- Communicate with users (but most of the communication is handled by the Product Owner).
- Possess and manage the Product Backlog by defining, prioritizing, and refining tasks.
- Possess a deep understanding of the product structure and data model.
- Conduct Product Backlog Refinement/Grooming sessions to clarify and update requirements, decompose tasks, and formulate acceptance criteria.
- Assist the development team in interpreting and clarifying requirements, decomposing tasks, and formulating acceptance criteria.
- Perform manual and acceptance testing.
**What is essential:
**- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a system or business analyst.
- Understanding the software development lifecycle.
- Technical background with an understanding of microservice architecture, RESTful APIs, and database design.
- Understanding the insurance domain.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong written and spoken English (all documentation and most of our calls are in English).
- Experience in Scrum.
- Proficiency in working with specifications, writing user stories, and acceptance criteria, as well as experience conducting requirements analysis and management.
- Willingness to work in conditions of uncertainty.
- Readiness for relocation to Cyprus
