We are looking for experienced Office Manager, who can help us to open new office!

Responsibilities:
▪️Handling all admin tasks, keeping paperwork organized, collaborating with accounts for requesting documents etc.
▪️Ordering stationery and furniture
▪️Managing office budgets/Tracking budget expenses
▪️Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
▪️Welcoming guests
▪️Managing cleaning staff\Supply management
▪️Assist in organizing company events such as Team Building, Parties, partners dinners etc.
▪️Other duties as assigned
