Influencer Acquisition Manager at EdTech Health&Beauty (Spanish and English).

We are TakeClass an international EdTech company based in Cyprus running online educational courses on wellness, beauty and mindfulness since 2015.

We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Acquisition Manager to join our team to bring relevant online course authors to our platform.

Responsibilities:
- Help select potential course authors (experts, bloggers, opinion leaders): study the ready-made selections of bloggers
- Reach out to potential course authors: find their contacts or work with ready-made contacts, conduct correspondence and close them on a video call
- Negotiate with them in order to conclude a partnership (agreement) between the author and the company.

What do we expect from you:
- experience in working with influencers in USA, UK, LatAm and Europe;
- successful negotiation experience;
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 or native-like) and Spanish (minimum C1 is essential);
- high empathy, the ability to convince people;
- consistency and strong time-management skills;
- a high degree of personal responsibility and independence.
