FPM Global is hiring! We are looking for an Affiliate Manager (Russian Speaking) to join our team.

📍Location: Israel - The candidates need to be already based in Israel.

You will:
•Recruit/look for new Affiliates/IBs and maintain existing relationships with current Affiliates/IBs
•Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and activities
•Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues with their accounts
•Search for Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate with them to cooperate with our affiliate program in accordance with our condition
•Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with existing partners
•Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI)
•Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spamming or publishing confidential information
•Review sales reports to determine which campaigns are producing results and which ones need to be improved or discontinued
•Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities for new products or services
•Coordinate with the creative team in order to prepare the conversion promo materials for Affiliates for specific GEO (landing pages, teasers, banners)
•Write marketing briefs and work with our creative team to develop assets for campaigns
•Initiate new campaign ideas and bonus offers for affiliates
•Represent company on international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.)

The successful candidate must:
•Have at least 1 year of experience in an Affiliate Manager role.
•Be native in Russian and fluent in English.
•Experience within the Forex or Fintech industry will be considered a plus
