We are looking for strong candidate with location from Cyprus (without VISA sponsorship)

Main functions:
▪️First level customer support: answering phone calls, emails, TraderNet messages
▪️Providing clients with information on details, work in the Personal Account (submission of various types of orders, changing information, etc.)
▪️Participation in the standardization of customer feedback and the creation of a knowledge base
▪️Distribution of the incoming message flow from clients, which cannot be processed at the first support level, between employees by profile
▪️Submission of issues requiring elaboration to the control of the head
▪️Meeting clients in the office for signing, exchanging documents

Requirements and skills:
▪️Knowledge of languages: Russian, English at an advanced level
▪️Degree in finance, economics
▪️Stress resistance, responsibility, accuracy in work, interest in personal growth
