Position: HR-manager**

Responsibilities:
 
• Engage in active search and attraction of candidates for various positions;
• Search and closing of employees worldwide;
• Work with various tools for finding candidates;
• Think over the search strategy, change if it does not bring results;
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates;
 
Requirements:
 
• Relevant work experience;
• Experience in the field of gambling and betting will be a plus;
• Experience of delivering against targets and deadlines with high quality;
• Understanding how to find common ground with people of all temperaments, interests and values;
• Ability to work effectively with a high degree of autonomy, flexibility, and accountability;
• Willingness to switch between tasks quickly;
• Fluency in English at the upper-Intermediate level;
• Stress resistance, diligence and a positive attitude.
 
Working conditions:
 
• Office in Limassol;
• 5/2 with a flexible start of the day;
