Spotware Systems is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Backend team.

🖍Requirements:
✅Deep understanding of Forex industry 💥💥💥 (must)
✅Experience building and delivering a heavily integrated product with a lot of dependencies
✅Knowledge of the principles of using products for developers: APIs, SDKs, cloud infrastructure or similar
✅Fluent in Russian and English
✅Knowledge in trading platforms, CRMs, PSPs and cashiers will be considered a plus

🖍Responsibilities:

✅Owning product backlog. Collect and analyze business requirements in close collaboration with the marketing team and in compliance with finance institutions regulation
✅Analyzing the progress, reporting and optimizing development performance
✅Prepare technical requirements for the development team in order to implement the changes to the Product
✅Being responsible for integration with inhouse services with own API
✅Lead development process to constantly improve user experience while working with Product
✅Collaborate with other company's Product Managers to make sure all the features dependencies are met from all teams involved prior to planned releases

We are looking for a motivated QA engineer who will join our highly-professional backend team. The position requires collaborating with the product managers and team members in order to meet strict deadlines. You will work closely with software developers, in relation to our product’s functionalities. You will be involved in functional testing, customer scenario testing, stress testing, performance testing, sanity testing and overall QA improvement process.

🖍Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance position (backend projects)
✅Knowledge of methods and processes used in quality assurance of software programs
✅Strong knowledge in test design techniques (boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, state transition etc.)
✅Good skills of requirements analysis (impact analysis, traceability matrix, functional & non-functional requirements)
✅Experience with API Testing
✅Ability to find and identify root cause and consequences of issue
✅Linux systems knowledge
✅Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
✅Good written and oral communication skills and report writing skills

🖍Will be a plus:

✅Test automation experience
✅Java/C# programming experience
✅Experience with SQL
✅Experience with performance testing
✅Forex industry experience
✅Good English
