❗️**Key responsibilities:
**⁃ Recruitment of different positions;
⁃ Solve organizational issues related to employment;
⁃ Draw up and sign employment contracts;
⁃ Conduct adaptation activities for new employees;
⁃ Participate in HR projects (training, personnel surveys etc).

‼️**Key requirements:
** ⁃ A confident MS Office user;
⁃ Work experience as a recruiter or HR in Cyprus;
⁃ Practical knowledge of 1C: UPP is an advantage;
⁃ Knowledge of the labor market and the specifics of finding employees in Cyprus;
⁃ Knowledge of the labour legislation in Cyprus is a great advantage;
⁃ Fluent English;
⁃ Knowledge of Greek or Russian is an advantage;
⁃ Сitizenship of one of the EU countries or a work permit in Cyprus.
