📖 Project

**Our client is an American manufacturer of backup power generation products for residential, light commercial and industrial markets.
Project: development of a new B2B Portal on the latest SAP Commerce solution; integration with the company's ecosystem, as well as payment providers, delivery, tax calculation, content verification, translation, recommendations, customer feedback, analytics and reporting.

🏃‍♂️ **Responsibilities

**● Conduct requirements gathering workshops and translate high-level business
requirements into functional specifications leveraging Hybris eCommerce business
and application domain knowledge;
● Perform analysis of existing Hybris eCommerce and its integration points to
ensure any new requirements and proposed solutions are viable with the current
design;
● Create and maintain business processes, requirements, and functional
specification documentation for the Hybris eCommerce platform;
● Ability to translate requirements into appropriate deliverables in an Agile/Scrum
delivery model;
● Support the creation of test plans - especially User Acceptance Testing for Hybris
eCommerce modules/capabilities;
● Perform testing duties as needed, working with end users and project teams
during the design, construction, testing, and implementation of modifications to
integration systems with Hybris;
● Perform testing while collaborating with end users and project teams during the
system integration test of Hybris eCommerce;
● Support the education and training of end users on Hybris eCommerce in order to
increase end-user proficiency and adoption of implemented solutions;
● Ensure quality and relevance of user requirements, functional and technical
specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to control scope, and
maintain deliverable quality.

🎓 **Requirements

**● At least 2 years experience in business analysis or a related field;
● Have knowledge of REST APIs and OCC services;
● Ability to use tools Hybris like Backoffice, Adaptive search console and Solr;
● Determine opportunities to redesign or/and automate business processes to
increase efficiency;
● Work, align, and effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
across the organization in defining solutions that meet business needs;
● Experience working in Agile software development;
● Experience in work with JIRA and Confluence (Azure DevOps is a plus);
● Good English language communication skills (current projects are in Russian and
English languages);
● Good leadership and social skills to mediate and cooperate well with other
Evolution team members and End Users.
