We are looking for Technical Product Manager/Team Lead (Antispam) 👇🏻

**Responsibilities:
**⚡️Design the architecture of anti-spam system;
⚡️Constantly design and track anti-spam metrics;
⚡️Providing roadmap for anti-spam system;
⚡️Backlog building and prioritization;
⚡️Managing a team of anti-spam analysts;
⚡️Development and improve of anti-spam system;
⚡️Setting up anti-spam filters;
⚡️Set tasks for developers with detailed description what needs to be done;
⚡️Quickly stop and prevent spam attacks.

**Requirements:
**🌱Experience as a thought leader, team leader, or manager in an anti-spam analytics or anti-abuse environment (such as content abuse, spam, or other behavioral abuse);
🌱Working with the team to develop and maintain a real-time reporting system for anti-spam mechanisms, including data collection;
🌱Ability to analyze current spam trends, spammers' practices, and provide developers with recommendations for updating the spam engine;
🌱Experience in Data analysis;
🌱Experience and understanding NLP (Natural Language Processing);
🌱Knowledge of SQL;
🌱Knowledge of one of the programming languages (Go/Python/PHP);
