**Responsibilities:
** • organize systematic work for product growth & development (roadmap, features development, testing and analysis)
• regular monitoring and analysis of the competitors
• conducting customer development & user research
• organize regular assessment of NPS
• create and start implementing mid/long-term product development strategy
**Requirements:
** • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a product IT company that develops either mobile apps or successful EdTech product
• experience in increasing retention through product experiments
• fluency in product roadmap creation and prioritization
• fluency in unit economics / business modelling
• fluency in analytics and respective tools (Amplitude, Tableau or similar)
• experience in conducting customer development and competitors analysis
• good project management skills
• at least upper-intermediate (B2) English
