Одна из ведущих кипрских инвестиционных компаний, в связи с увеличением объёмов работ ищет Юриста по сделкам с недвижимостью. Мы покупаем, продаем, строим, эксплуатируем, арендуем, сдаём real estate объекты разного назначения и будем рады как начинающим юристам с горящими глазами так и профессионалам с экспертным опытом в нашей Legal команде.

**Вам предстоит:
**- Вести полный цикл юридического сопровождения сделок с жилой и коммерческой недвижимостью на территории Кипра;
- Проводить первичную проверку и анализ правоустанавливающих и правоподтверждающих документов;
- Анализировать и разрабатывать договорную документацию, связанную с приобретением объектов недвижимости и обеспечением регистрации сделок;
- Оценивать правовые риски и создавать оптимальные схемы приобретения прав на недвижимость;
- Сопровождать сделки в регистрирующих и налоговых органах, банках;
- Заниматься судебно-претензионной работой при необходимости:
- Подготавливать, согласовывать проекты договоров (купля-продажа, аренда, субаренда, подряд, договоры поставки и пр.);
- Осуществлять работу по входящим документам и вопросам хозяйственной деятельности компании, готовить ответы на письма, претензии;
- Составлять юридические заключения по деятельности контрагентов;
- Сопровождать проверки регулирующих органов.

**Требования:
**- Высшее юридическое образование;
- Английский язык уровня Upper Intermediate и выше.

**Огромный плюс если:
**- Вы уже живёте на Кипре или готовы самостоятельно релоцироваться в ближайшее время;
- У вас есть опыт юридической практики в недвижимости на острове или опыт в миграционных вопросах (проекты под ВНЖ);
- Вы владеете греческим языком.
