Responsibilities :
• Research various destinations
• Plan and organize travels by booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation, etc.
• Suggest suitable travel options that best suit the company's needs.
• Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, and transactions.
• Work with clients to determine their traveling needs
• Resolve travel issues, complaints, and refunds
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience as a Travel Agent
• Passionate about travel and tourism
• Proficiency in English
• Good customer-oriented approach
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Excellent knowledge of the latest tourism trends
• Good understanding of different tourism offerings and options
• Good knowledge of travel software
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time-management skills
