Your job is to establish and scale the Fluence network growth. We believe that early stage growth is about brainstorming and testing hypotheses, experimenting with audiences and messaging, iterating on niche market segments, but more importantly, building relationships with users.
This role embraces activities around business development, community management, and marketing. You’ll need to become a market expert by constantly digging niches and communities, hanging out with potential users and partners. Actively research, reach out, establish connections, work hardly on finding the win-win proposals for partnerships or other engagement, and push Fluence across all of it.
You need to have an entrepreneurial mindset: coming up with ideas of new projects, initiatives, collaborations, events, acquisition channels, and are not giving up until the result is achieved.

Requirements:
• Leadership position in growth, product or CEO/founder of a company/startup in digital/software/crypto in the past
• Experience in instantiating growth channels from scratch for software products and achieving results you can brag about
• Hard sciences graduation degree (computer science, math, physics, economics, etc)
• Passion about crypto and web 3

For the interview:
• Have an opinion that you are ready to discuss on how to grow the product for developers on web 3 market
