Проект: Building innovative payment card product
ЗП: 5000 - 7000 euro net

🔸**Duties:
**- Follow latest finance and technology trends;
- Communication with external vendors;
- Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing;
- Analysis and continuous improvement of an existing product;
- Development of new products and business proposals;
- Development of business cases and operating plans;
- Backlog management including development of feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps;
- Work with strategic design to gain an understanding of users’ pain points and journeys;
Identification, study, and prioritization of requirements;
- Act as the voice of the customer to build product vision & product strategy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutions;
- Coordinating across complex dependencies to go from idea to successful implementation;
- E2E fintech or banking product design – ensuring that products are built in compliance with the latest UK & EU legislation;
- Monitor and report on product KPIs.

🔸**Required:
- 4+ years in Payment Card Industry | FinTech | Banking is the must**;
- Deep understanding of payment cards business includes payment processing and billing is the must;
- Experience in mobile development and mobile application management is the must;
- Experience of work with MasterCard - is the must;
- 2+ years of experience owning and driving end-to-end complex product requirements across multiple technology teams. Able to prioritize complex deliverables, have highly technical discussions, and run large meetings with technical and business leaders;
- Ability to earn trust of engineers as well as product team and stakeholders;
- Good project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying product roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and status reporting.
- Ability to work across multiple teams to create scalable solutions to monitor business performance and interpret key performance metrics into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirement;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes;
- Excels at delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment;
- Bias for action; able to manage multiple projects and priorities;
- Innovative, loves to challenge the status quo and reinvent on behalf of our sellers and customers;
- Technical awareness, UI/UX, Agile approach & multitasking.
