Who are we looking for? 📌1+ year of experience in the affiliate marketing industry (not just IT)
📌Upper-intermediate+ English level in speaking and writing;
📌Experience in searching and recruiting for affiliate marketing vacancies like Mediabuyers, affiliate managers, etc.
What will you do? ↘️Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions
↘️Search and screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
↘️Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
↘️Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
