Main tasks and responsibilities:

✔️Cooperate with managers and assist them in job description preparation for new vacancies
✔️Posting all company’s vacancies at different resources for proper searching process
Work with all available agencies for searching candidates
Screening CV's on data base and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
✔️Take part in on boarding process for new employees
✔️Take part in other HR procedures and processes assigned by the management


Requirements for the position:

✔️Bachelor Degree
✔️At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter is a must
✔️Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
✔️Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
✔️Knowledge of BambooHR will be considered as an advantage
✔️Fluent in English and Greek, Russian will be considered as an advantage
