Position: Customer Support Agent
Location: Cyprus, Limassol
Salary: 1400 -1600 euro

📌📌📌We consider candidates only with work permit in Cyprus.

🧷Responsibilities:
- To be on handle client queries via LiveChat and emails;
- To support community Social Media (and any other duties assigned by the Head of Customer Care department);
- To inform and assist clients in relation to the use of all current and future products;
- To collecting customer feedback and follow-ups e.g. requests for new products and services.

📌Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of English language written is necessary;
- Ability to work by shifts (morning and afternoon) is a must;
- Strong communication and analytical thinking skills;
- Computer literacy with very good working knowledge;
- Positive attitude to life and work.
