We are looking for a Software Engineer with 5-7 years of commercial experience working. As part of the Wave team, you will create an internal platform to monitor and manage operational risks in real time at all levels - from the general PnL of the company to the details of the particular trading strategies behavior.

What We Look For In You:
- Experience using a range of languages, fluent in at least one of: Java, C++, Kotlin, Rust and Go
- Experience working with real-time ingestion and processing of large volume of data
- Experience of design, implementing and maintaining high reliability software
- Build software that can reliably run 24/7
- Highly motivated, curious, organized, detail-oriented, team player
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to facilitate troubleshooting
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team in a diverse environment
