πRole: Junior Financial/Cost Manager

βοΈKey responsibilities:
β Ensure robust, accurate, timely cost and value reporting at both project and business unit level;
β Ensure accurate cash flow reporting takes place;
β Carry out cost management including forecasting;
β Provide reports on actual costs estimate and identify underlying reasons for any variance;
β Collection of invoices, documents-grounds for current payments;
β Allocation and categorization of project costs;
β Checking of Contractors monthly valuations;
β Collecting, categorizing and entering requests for payment in 1C, tracking the status of payments;
β Coordinate with neighbouring departments including sales, marketing, accounting, IT, and projects for membership contracts, invoices, etc;
β Provision of payment orders at the request of employees;
β Conducting the necessary correspondence within its functionality (English and Russian).
βΌοΈKey requirements:
β Experienced Word and Excel user;
β Work experience in a project team;
β Cost Management or similar construction related experience is an advantage;
β Excellent communication skills(verbal, writing and face-to-face);
β Experience with contract scheduling, cost control and issues tracking;
β Work experience in Project Management methodologies, tools, systems and technologies.

βοΈ**Key responsibilities:
**Start-to-end purchasing management at all stages:
- Gather track and keep up to date a list of equipment, materials and other goods (hereafter β materials) Suppliers
- Gather track and keep up to date a record of the previously purchased materials and contracts
- Approach Project managers to brief a procurement plan for projects
- Collate materials specification
- Organize delivery of the samples and / or technical datasheets of the materials
- Prepare requests for quotations for materials
- Organize competitive tenders for materials when required
- Organize contractual documents signing off when applicable
- Put invoices into electronic approval systems and control and monitor payments timely execution
- Index and file contractual and suppliers documents
- Assist to the project managers during planning and budgeting of the projects providing indicative costs and preliminary estimations
- Market research for new materials and suppliers
- Collaboration with entire project team + architects, mechanical and electrical consultants
- Assist to the project team in value engineering
- Visit manufacturers if needed to evaluate their abilities to fulfill project requirements.

**1. 2-3 yearsβ experience in Purchasing manager or similar role
2. Engineering thinking
3. Language minimal requirements: Upper Intermediate English speaker, Russian. Knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
