- Build and manage in-house recruiters
- Communicating with clients (is a big part of the role).
- Communicate with employees and take care of their needs.
- update company policies and culture due to the complete remote work
- Follow and Improve exciting company processes.
Requirements
- Fluet English
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to details
- Advanced user of excel, and Google drive.
- Previous experience with client communication.
- Knowledge of onboarding, off-boarding/ one on one meetings.
