**Responsibilities:
**▪️Maintenance of proper books of account in accordance with the Cyprus legislation
▪️Maintenance of proper records and accounts of the fixed assets, administrative expenses
▪️Maintenance of a cash book, including monthly reconciliation of the bank accounts and analysis of receipts and payments
▪️Regular basis reconciliations with third parties
▪️Preparation of periodic management accounts and reports in accordance with management instructions
▪️Participation in process of consolidation of accounting information within financial reporting of holding company
▪️Communication with internal and external auditors

**Required skills and experience:
**▪️Completed degree in higher education (Finance / Accounting)
▪️Good knowledge of IFRS, Cyprus Taxation
▪️ACCA will be considered as an advantage
▪️CySEC certificate and/or experience in CIF will be considered as an advantage
▪️Excellent proficiency in Excel – advanced formulas, pivot tables
▪️Good data analysis and problem-solving skills
▪️Strong abilities in the field of large data
▪️Good project management skills
▪️Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
▪️The high level of initiative and ownership
▪️Interlinked thinking and structured way of working
▪️Continuous improvement mindset
▪️Fluency in Russian and English. Greek will be considered as an advantage

**DEPUTY HEAD OF BACK OFFICE

The main goal of the position is to introduce new and support current operational processes Structured Products. We are looking for an employee in a separate NTT.

Duties and responsibilities:
**▪️Organization of interaction with higher-level brokers;
▪️Organization of automation of internal accounting processes by developing technical specifications, testing improvements.
▪️Reflection of information about the Company's transactions and operations with securities and cash, based on supporting documents.
▪️Preparation and execution of contracts for OTC transactions
▪️Daily reconciliation of customer funds with cash balances on internal accounting accounts.
▪️Daily management reporting.
▪️Operational activities, interaction with settlement organizations, currency control of banks, solving other operational issues.

**Key Competencies & Qualifications:
**▪️Experienced in building a system back-office in brokerage company or bank,
▪️specialist of the infrastructure of financial markets, features of Cyprus and foreign legislation of the finance,
▪️knowledge of banking and brokerage products and processes

**SENIOR LEGAL

We are seeking a Senior Legal for Derivatives and Structured Products to join our dynamic international team. This role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. It is desirable for the candidate to reside in Cyprus and be sure to have extensive knowledge of Cypriot legislation.

About the role**
You will apply your experience and advanced degree education to provide expert-level support on derivatives and structured products.

**Key responsibilities include:

**▪️Setup and maintenance of the issuing company (PLC) in Cyprus for structured products
▪️Preparing and negotiating all documentation during the product life cycle (issuing, underwriting, listing, etc)
▪️Knowledge of underlying assets: interest rates, fixed income and high yield; bonds and equities, pre-IPO and crypto, foreign exchange, and commodity products
▪️Assisting with documentation for global distribution (Kaz, EU, Belize) to professional and retail clients
▪️Legal support on all stages of the corporate actions of the Issuer (writing of memos and prospectuses, distribution agreements, coupon pmnts, corporate actions, board resolutions, etc.)

**About you We’d love to hear from you if you:
**▪️A Bachelor’s or Masters degree of Law
▪️Admission and good standing with the local legislation (Cyprus) for regulated and non regulated financial market participants
▪️Demonstrate strong project management and organizational, decision-making and commitment to diversity skills
▪️A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience (legal support of structured products business)
