Responsibilities
• Collaborate with data teams, R&D group, Product Managers, and company headquarters to ensure the successful launch and implementations of key initiatives and processes in the branch.
• Manage and own all the projects given by the HQ: the system design, technical details, its interfaces and business impact.
• Conducts regular project reviews, including risk management to ensure timelines, resources allocation and quality of delivery are met.
• Manage the scope and schedule of resources towards key initiatives.
• Lead tasks prioritizations for the data team.
• Identify, assess and mitigate the projects' risks.
• Ensure status, risks and open issues are tracked and addressed.
Experience & Qualifications
• Minimum 3-4 years experience as a project manager in technological projects.
• BA / B.Sc. Software engineering, information systems management or equivalent.
• Strong data management abilities.
• Experience in working in Agile methodology.
• Experience in working directly with project developers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Problem solver with the ability to articulate program issues and drive to resolution.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Your Skills And Experience

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• 3+ years of experience working as a team leader.
• Has experience building SaaS or similar offerings.
• Has experience building Native Mobile APPS or similar offerings.
• Experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
• Experience with one or more of these frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.
• Highly independent, accountable and a team player.
• Experience creating RESTful web services, understanding HTTP.
• Experience with C#/Java/Python or an OO language.
• Experience with databases, preferably both SQL and NoSQL.

A plus:

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience working with messaging is a plus.
• Experience developing a cloud-based system (AWS or GCP) is a plus.
