🔥 What will you do?
🔹 Collaborate with the product manager to develop and manage strategies that drive monetization in our applications
🔹 Optimization of advertising settings
🔹Increase revenue, user engagement & retention, and in-app purchases using different tools (such as IronSource, AdGem, ayeT-Studios, etc)
🔹Generation of ideas and suggestions for product improvement
🔹Constantly searching for new ad monetisation options
🔹Interaction with advertising partners

🔥 A perfect candidate will have
🔹2+ years or more experience in advertising monetization
🔹Deep understanding of advertising monetization mechanisms (including from the technical side)
🔹Hands-on attitude, detail-oriented, and able to make data-driven decisions
🔹Analytical mindset and logical thinking
🔹English – Upper-intermediate level
🔹Fluent Russian
